FAQs
How do we get to the festival?
Whether you are walking or driving, our map with full details and directions will be sent with your tickets by email. We are a 10 minute walk from Winchfield Station if you are coming by public transport. It’s a 500 metre walk through our parkland from the pedestrian access gate to the event field.
What about car parking?
While we strongly encourage you to walk to our event if you are local and use the pedestrian access to the site which is close to Winchfield Station, we appreciate that some of you will need to drive. We have a limited number of car parking spaces. These can only be purchased in advance at the same time as your event ticket. Please do not travel to the event in your own car unless you have pre-booked as on the day there will be no access to the car park without a parking ticket. It must be displayed in your windscreen to gain entry. Our festival site is surrounded by small country lanes with no parking locations.
Do I need to print out my tickets?
Bring your email confirmation on your phone or print it out, whichever suits you. If you have a car parking ticket, please print this out A4 size and have it visible as you drive in to speed up everyone’s entry.
Will I be able to leave the festival and then re-enter?
Stewards will give all ticket holders a wrist band on entry. So long as you keep your security wrist band on you will be able to re-enter the event.
What about Covid?
While we don’t expect any Covid regulations to apply, we will use last year’s straw bales again at 2 metres apart again. These will be available free of charge on a first come first served basis. We will still operate a common sense approach and there is plenty of space in the event field. If the government changes anything, we suggest you keep an eye on our news page. While mask wearing at an outdoor event is not expected to be compulsory, wear a funky mask if you wish 🙂
Can I bring glass to the event?
No glasses, bottles, tins, crockery, knives or cutlery of any sort are allowed into the event. This is for the safety and security of everyone. To ensure people have a safe and fun event our stewards will conduct a bag search on entry. But feel free to bring your own picnic food if you wish but please take your rubbish home as we will only have facilities for the compostable cutlery and plates provided by the on site caterers.
What about food and drink?
We do not allow alcohol to be brought onto the site. Only alcohol
purchased at the event may be consumed at the venue. We will have
food caterers on site. Our food and drink stalls will provide recyclable plates and you will receive an event drinking cup.
Will there be access to a fresh water supply?
Yes, there are water taps on the East and West side of the main performance area.
What is the refund policy for tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable except if the event has to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in Covid regulations. In this situation a refund of 75% will be made to the original purchaser. If at that time we can organise a future date, tickets will be valid for the future date or refundable at 75% as you wish.
Can I bring my dog to the event?
Unfortunately because we have livestock and animals on the farm, we cannot allow dogs to the event.
What time does it finish? How can I collect someone from the event?
We expect the headline act to finish at 9pm. But we know you will enjoy them so much you will encourage them to do an encore or two.
Details of our arrangements for everyone to make a safe departure will be announced on the day.
Anything Else?
We are providing a limited number of straw bales to sit on. These are free of charge and will be at the front near the main stage. If you bring folding chairs, these can go behind the rows of straw bales. Gazebo spaces are limited and will be at the back of the ticket holder area but the field does slope down towards the stage for good viewing.
This is the UK so check the forecast and consider an umbrella or some lightweight showerproof clothing. By all means bring a rug to sit on.
