Tickets are non-refundable except if the event has to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in Covid regulations. In this situation a refund of 75% will be made to the original purchaser. If at that time we can organise a future date, tickets will be valid for the future date or refundable at 75% as you wish.

Child tickets can only be purchased along with an accompanying Adult (over 18).

We do not allow alcohol to be brought onto the site. Only alcohol purchased at the event may be consumed at the venue.

No glasses, bottles, tins, crockery, knives or cutlery of any sort are allowed into the event. This is for the safety and security of everyone. To ensure people have a safe and fun event our stewards will conduct a bag search on entry.

Unfortunately because we have livestock and animals on the farm, we cannot allow dogs to the event.

Following suggestions from last year, folding chairs are now allowed but you will be behind the rows of straw bale seating near the stage. Please also be aware that gazebos spaces must be prepaid and we have a limited number. No hard furniture allowed. Bring a rug by all means and this is the UK so consider an umbrella or some lightweight showerproof clothing.

The organiser cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property whilst on the site.
